As I was very happy to receive this card, I decided to give it a try during a weekend trip at the Sanderson Hotel in London. Unfortunately, the only perk I received was the complimentary In Room Internet. My request for a 3:30pm late checkout was denied although the room I was staying in was still available for the night on the hotel booking engine. Same for upgrade at checkin, I was told I couldn't be upgraded because the hotel was full when actually their booking engine showed a higher category room available for the duration of my stay.
All in all, it seems like this card is actually a lot of hype for nothing much!
